DHT and Falling Hair

Is your hair thinning or falling out because you have too much DHT? If so, now there is a way to prevent that problem. Researchers have determined that DHT is produced in the body by an enzyme called 5 Alpha Reductase. (5AR) They also discovered that you can inhibit the production of 5AR and ultimately DHT by adding certain foods to your daily diet. I have experimented with this, along with a lot of testing, and have found that by eating a good helping of 4 basic, healthy foods, I no longer have a problem with DHT and my hair is much healthier. I am also starting to see some new hair growth, which is amazing at my age. Here are the 4 foods that you need to eat on a daily basis: 1. Raw carrots 2. Brown Rice 3. Spinach (raw or cooked) 4. Nuts (Almonds, Cashews & Brazil Nuts) Dr. Stone and others have asked for this information, so, here it is. Let me know how it works for you.
